Brasil Southern Basin PSDM
TGS has recently completed an additional 48,385 kilometers out of a total of 102,931 kilometers of new pre-stack depth processing for the Brasil offshore southern basin. This new depth project includes a carbonate tomography update that isolates the carbonate section above salt. The strengths of Kirchhoff and Wave Equation migration iterations combined with additional tomography updates are utilized to best image the complex salt and subsalt structures.
