Robert Hobbs, COORobert joined TGS in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. In previous appointments at Exxon, Union Texas Petroleum, Veritas DGC and Marathon, Robert has served in a wide range of technical and leadership roles from Geophysicist, to President and Managing Director. Robert holds a M.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of Southern California. |

Arne Helland, CFOArne joined TGS after the company merged with NOPEC in 1998. He has more than 20 years experience within finance and administration in international companies. Arne received an MBE from the Norwegian School of Management in 1981. |

David Hicks, VP AMEAPDavid joined TGS in 2002 as CTO and was appointed Vice President, AMEAP in 2008. He began his career with ExxonMobil as an exploration geologist and has led a number of commercial software development projects within the industry for GeoGraphix, Landmark Graphics and Halliburton. David holds a B.A. and M.S. in Geological Sciences. |

John A. Adamick, Senior VP Geological Products & ServicesJohn joined TGS in 1986 and has served the company in a variety of capacities. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Business Development before being appointed Senior Vice President Geological Products & Services in 2008. John received a B.S. degree in Geology from Texas A&M University in 1983. In 1987, he graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a M.S. degree in Geology. |

Karen El-Tawil, VP Business DevelopmentKaren, who joined TGS as Vice President of Sales in 1997, has twenty years of experience in the seismic industry. In her current position, she is responsible for Investor Relations, Corporate Marketing, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Previously, Karen served as Vice President North & South America. She has worked at both Western Geophysical and Geco-Prakla. She received a Bachelors degree in Geology and Mathematics from Adrian College in 1983. |

Genie Erneta, VP Human ResourcesGenie has over 15 years of Human Resources experience. She has spent the last four years in a senior HR role at Marathon Oil Company following six years at Veritas DGC Inc in a number of HR management roles. Genie has a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and holds an MBA from Texas A&M University.

Rod Starr, Senior VP GPS - Well LogsRod joined TGS in 2002 through its acquisition of A2D Technologies where he held senior management positions in sales & marketing for well log data products and services. He was appointed Senior Vice President for the Well Data Group as part of the Geological Products & Services Division in early 2008. Rod has 24 years in the energy industry, with much of his career at Unocal Corporation. He received a B.S. degree in Business/Finance from San Diego State University in 1984. |

Jeremy Berry, MD Geological Products & ServicesJeremy joined TGS in 2008 as Managing Director of Geological Products and Services. Jeremy has over 25 years' industry experience gained in technical, business development and general management roles, most recently with international consultancy companies Gaffney, Cline & Associates and Scott Pickford. Jeremy has a Bachelors degree in Geology & Geography from Keele University in 1980 and was awarded an MBA by The Open University in 1993. |
